Flower Power

Hello Crafty Friends!

Today starts week 1 of a new Stampotique challenge "Flower Power".

For this challenge you can take it however you choose, you can do something flower based, or based of the flower power era.

Naturally, I chose to create one of my favorite things:
That's right... Mail Art!

Stamps Used:
Dirtball witch
Flos
Salutations 2

In addition to using the stamps listed above, I also used distress ink, memento ink in rose bud, various markers,  and a layering stencil.

I hope you enjoy it too!

  1. How fun! But even all that delightful pink does not turn her into a sweet innocent. Hahaha. Love the dotted background and the cute happy mail. I’m really drawn to your coloring of Dirtball...the pink with the orange highlights. Maybe you started with yellow and the pink turned it orange. Either way the blend is striking.

    1. Thank you Annie! So this one I did a little weird, I was going to make it monochromatic and do everything in pink. So she was originally stamped in pink. But it just wasn't bold enough for me,So I took a black marker and roughly traced over the edges of where it if stamp image was oh, then colored her in with various pink markers. Then to make everything stand out I used yellow colored pencils. So in some spots it Blended to an orange oh, and some spots that still popped out as yellow. I may have actually added some orange but I don't remember. Lol
