Beautiful Blues
Hello Crafty Friends!
Today starts week 1 of a new Stampotique challenge "Monochromatic".
For this challenge they want you to stamp in a color other than black or white.
I chose blue as my color for my project. I stamped "Flos" in archival ink cornflower blue.
I used faded jeans, blueprint sketch, and weathered wood Distress oxide inks for the rest of my details. I added "script background" for added detail.
I hope you like this card as much as I do. I love the layers on this.
(and this flower stamps is just so freaking pretty!)
Have a wonderful rest of your week!

Wednesday in Wonderland
Hello Crafty Friends!
Happy Humpday!
I hope you are having a wonderful week so far!
Today I want to share a super fun set of artist trading coins AKA ATCoins.
If you are not familiar with ATCoins they a trading coins (a sturdy medium in the shape of a circle) that measure 2.5in across.
Stamps Used:
I started with 3 Circle base cut from cardstock on my brother scanNcut.
I used a smashing technique with distress oxides on my craft mat to create my base background.
My images were all stamped in black memento ink, and colored with various alcohol based markers on a separate piece of card stock while my bases dried.
Finally, when everything was dried, I cut and glued my main images onto the coins.
I used a black pen and white gelly roller to add extra detail.
I also used a glue pet to add a few dots of foil for added pop.
I hope you all enjoy these little coins!
Have you made any yet?

Mail Art Monday Love
Hello Crafty Friends!
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
Happy Mail Art Monday!
Today I want to share a super fun postcard I created for a friend.
I wanted something fun and bright, so I went with an Alice in Wonderland theme.
Stamps Used:
I started with a 4x6 base for my postcard. I started by stamping the Mad Hatter in memento ink and masked it off.
Next, I stamped return library card in watering can archival ink. To add extra detail, I stamped library return dates, and "this book belongs to".
Next, used my distress ink to add a gradient for my background colors.
After removing my mask, I stamped my stars in cornflower blue.
I used various markers and colored pencils to color my Mad Hatter.
I also used a few flicks of black dylusions ink, and perfect pearls sprays to add a bit of grunge.
I hope you all like this postcard as much as I do.

Something old... Something new...
Hello fabulous crafty friends!
It's Wednesday so that means it's time for a little challenge inspiration for the Stampotique Originals designers challenge.
Today is the 1st
week of the "Something old, Something new" challenge.
I thought about posting a picture of me for this challenge since today is my birthday... lol.
I'm older, and a new age.
Instead I chose to play with some older Stampotique stamps that are new to me.
I can see these getting a lot of love!♡
If you are a regular around here, then you already know I love mail art, so of course that's what I chose to create.
Stamps used:
Meow mix
Salutatorians 2
Scalloped lace boarder
Texture cube 1
Other products:
A2 envelope
Black memento ink
Tim Holtz layering stencil
Distress oxide ink - mustard seed
Dick blick alcohol markers
I hope you all like this little envelope.
Have a great day!
